I would like to dedicate the Old West Towns Past and Present to everyone that enjoys the warm nostalgic feeling that one gets walking in the same footsteps of people from days gone by. Nostalgia is not out-of-date, because the tales and stories that bring the past to life, is always a pleasant and enjoyable adventure.
One of the old west towns that is well worth a visit is Tombstone Arizona. This is one old town that is well preserved and looks much like it did when Wyatt Earp and the gunfight at the OK Corral made history. My wife especially loves the old ghost towns, she believes if she listens very closely echoes of town folk can still be heard. She says try it for yourself, and feel the hairs stand up on the back of your neck!!
There's nothing anywhere in the world that compares with the Old Towns of the west. So keep tuned in. This is just the beginning of our many travels to the historic west.
